Terms of Service1. Color difference
Since our shoes are painted by hand, and screen brightness of each PC or cellphone varies, some tiny color difference between the finished shoes and displayed pictures is allowed. We would firmly believe that you accept the tiny difference since you pay.
2. Brand and size
All products on Wenartwork are genuine brand-name shoes, Converse shoes run standard converse size, Vans shoes run standard vans size, and Toms shoes run standard toms size. You can confirm your shoes size with the help of size chart picture in each listing. If you have problem please contact us freely.
3. Custom orders
Steps for custom order:
(1). contact and offer your shoes size, shoes type(high/low top/slip on),shoes color, pictures you want to paint on shoes;
(2). we offer final quote for your custom shoes and you pay;
(3). we arrange painting of shoes;
(4). we send you pictures of the finished shoes;
(5). after you agree we ship your shoes out;
(6). wait for delivery.
4. Shipping and delivery- It takes 3-7 days to prepare the shipping, longer time is needed for complicated design. We use expedited express like Fedex and EMS to help you receive your order earlier. FedEx 3-5 days to arrive in USA, France, Germany, Netherlands, etc; EMS 5-8 days to arrive in UK, Italy, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Russia, etc.
5. After sale
Please contact us on dawanda or send email to Wenfirstname.lastname@example.org if you have any question or problem on your shoes, we will reply in 24 hours due to the time difference.
(1)Partial refund with return is accepted if you chose wrong size or just do not want them any more. You have to pay the freight of return, and after the returned shoes arrive, we refund you the total amount minusing freight €25 which we paid to ship shoes to you. For example, you paid €120 for one pair of shoes, you returned them back and can get refund €95(€120-€25), and you had to pay the freight of return to the carrier when you ship your shoes back. Please use reliable carrier to ship your shoes back, only after we receive the returned shoes, we can refund you.
(2)Full refund with return is accepted if we send you the wrong shoes. We will refund you the total amount you paid plus the freight of return which you paid to ship the shoes back. Please make sure the freight of return does not exceed €25. The amount which exceeds €25 will not be refunded.
(3)Full refund without return is accepted if there is quality problem on shoes, like broken sole, broken canvas. The overflowing of paint is not included in the quality problem.
